Before working as a training consultant he was the sales and training manager for two fitness equipment companies. Responsibility in both these positions included managing and training staff. In addition Richard has also been an area sales manager for Coca-cola, Schweppes, Canon UK, Vodafone and Yellow Pages. Qualified in NLP, with experience in counselling, his training skills are based on his wide experience.
